Appointment Scheduling DetailsTo schedule an appointment please call our office at (212) 755-7960 or (212) 725-6906. If you prefer, you can request an appointment via our web site. If for any reason you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, kindly give us a notice in advance.
We always welcome new patients and also appreciate referrals.
Accepted Insurance Carriers
We accept most dental insurance plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Personal Quality Dental, P.L.L.C. does not participate in Health Management Organizations (H.M.O. - D.M.O.). We accept cash, checks and credit cards (American Express, Visa and Master Card). We also work with Capital One and Care Credit in order to make available to our patients affordable and flexible financing, including interest free payment options. Please contact our Office Manager for details.
Facilities and EquipmentWe provide our patients with excellent care using state-of-the-art equipment which delivers the latest technologies in teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. Our high technology equipment includes as well all instrumentation for fillings, cosmetic bonding, root canals and Lumineers. The water that is used in our office is filtered using the latest technology filtering systems. All instruments and materials used in treating our patients are Stream Autoclave sterilized, which is the most effective means for sterilization available in the field. Our modern facilities and ergonomically designed chairs provide comfort to our patients.
